Basement powder room project

We have started our long awaited basement powder room addition. We will be installing a wall hung marcerating toilet and a sink with vanity. The finished size of the room will be just under 3 feet x 6 feet.

This is a photo of what the area looks like before the renovation. You can see the toilet and sink.vanity have already been purchased.

Sadie the Dog

This is our dog Sadie. She likes to think she is the boss. She helps us quite a bit by keeping a close eye on any possible intruders (cats and squirrels mostly)
